Make a field handle a C automatic variable

SAF_Field is a macro defined in saf.h.

Synopsis:

SAF_Field(name, p_name, n)

Description: This macro puts the memory for a field object handle on the stack as an automatic variable rather than having the library or client worry about allocating or freeing it.
