Make a suite handle a C automatic variable

SAF_Suite is a macro defined in saf.h.

Synopsis:

SAF_Suite(name, p_name, n)

Description: This macro puts the memory for a suite object handle on the stack as an automatic variable rather than having the library or client worry about allocating or freeing it.
